My Journey to Starting Haven Interiors

Starting Haven Interiors wasn’t something I had planned from the beginning—but sometimes life has a way of pushing you exactly where you’re meant to go.

I began my design career in 2022 at a luxury hospitality firm in Dallas, contributing to global brands and high-end residential projects for clients across the world. I was surrounded by creativity, high standards, and an incredible depth of design knowledge—an experience that shaped the designer I am today.

In early 2025, I moved to Memphis to join a firm specializing in food and beverage hospitality design. That transition broadened my skillset and deepened my understanding of how spaces influence experience—something I now bring into every residential project.

Then life shifted again. After an unexpected layoff, I had a choice: dwell on the setback or use it as momentum. I chose momentum.

With a handful of residential clients already working with me on the side, I finally felt the push to make my dream a reality. Haven Interiors was born.

Today, my studio focuses on designing homes that feel deeply personal—filled with curated pieces, meaningful art, and layered textures that tell a story. My goal isn’t just to make beautiful spaces; it’s to create havens. Places that comfort, inspire, and feel lived-in in the best way.
